Il Capuccino - SAG HARBOR

Probably my favorite Italian place in the Hamptons so far. The cocktails were perfect, I had the espresso martini, probably best I’ve ever had. The garlic knots are hard not to fill up on before your meal but definitely worth saving one to dip in the mussel sauce which was very different than others I’ve had but had an amazing flavor and the mussels were so FRESH. I had the veal parmigiana and wow I cleaned off my whole plate, even tho I wasn’t full it was so good and not greasy I didn’t feel weighed down after. I wish there was room for dessert!

Everything we expected! Dinner was wonderful once again here. Our server was very helpful , knowledgeable and attentive. The mussels with Pernod and garlic broth was the perfect starter. Antipasto to share perfect. Of course the warm garlic rolls always a hit. Dessert and cappuccino did not disappoint. Can’t wait to return!

Been coming here my whole life never had a complaint. I see some reviews there may be new owners and i have to agree, everythings so different and not the same anymore. Terrible quality, service SUCKED. The table behind us came in 15 mins after us, we ordered WAY before them simple dishes, and they got their food (including an appetizer) BEFORE US. Our waitress couldve cared less, we got attitude, and the shrimp in my dish idk what it was called its the $29 dish, the shrimp were cold, tasteless, no seasoning, and soaked in water on the bottom of my plate. After all these years i dont think we will be coming back anymore. Step it up or your going to lose more and more customers
