Cavaniola 's have great cheese, but the woman who helped me was totally declining and evil. I asked for Manchego cheese and continued to cut the secret de compostelle cheese with other cheeses I asked. She only took it on herself to cut / replace cheese. Just because the cheese tasted good and similar, it does not mean they are the same. She should have asked if it's okay to replace. If I weren't desperate, because I rushed for a party for my boss, I would have gone out. She's not in this little store. I think she's also racist.

A beautiful salad with the marinated Australian Feta cheese from Cavaniola. I love this cheese and the store. But I had to harvest Bresaola somewhere else. Please bring the Bresaola back!!!

I left this great store in Amagansett. Generous cheese samples and an extremely friendly staff make this shop a must. The cheese was delicious and we have some chorizo and local craft beer. I can't wait to come back.

I love this place. Great service, delicious cheese and competent staff. Love the opportunity to try all cheese before buying.
