The first time we were treated so rudely by the person working the drive through lane, we drove off, without ordering. The second time the girl at the drive through window was friendly enough at first, but advised us they were out of white meat. When we asked if they’d make up for the amount of white meat that’s lost (breasts are substantially larger than thighs wings, after all), we were not just told no, but to “take it or leave it.”I do not know what’s happened to customer service in the fast food industry, but a simple course in how to handle these situations would go very far. KFC in Safford lost our $40+ again today, and the reason isn’t the food quality, it’s 100% the service. How people are treated is equivalent to the success of a customer service oriented business. Without it, I just don’t see how any business can survive.
