The branch manager Jane Wu went out of her way to find me a Taipei City cup after checking over 20 Taipei branches. They were sold everywhere. She traveled outside Taipei for 1 hour to find me. I call that service! Oh, and her America has exactly the right balance between espresso and hot water! View all feedback.
