Planted a brunch for a group of men I known for the better parts of 30 years. I wanted to take them somewhere where they would impress them and with the help of francois, my search was very 100% successful. very late on this review of Saturday, 12th February. but I could not go without our experience in “Fountain Grille” within the safety resort and spa. several things that I notice whenever I go for a meal: atmosphere quality, fresh and variety of food quality the customer service the restaurant itself was exceptionally well spaced so that they do not feel crowded and they have much space to overwhelm from their table to breakfast restaurant. all areas were immaculate, ordered and decorated with very appealing decoration. our greeter and server, anna, was on their game and very courteous, even when the restaurant was occupied with diners more and more. anna heard one of the men in my group and asked if the türkei bacon was on the menu, and she muttered directly in and informed him that they went to the kitchen and some have ready for us. options of omelettes and the quality of food presented in the buffet and menu outstanding! overall this staff really understands what our customer service is about. To this day my guest has not stopped talking about the fountain grille and praised to bring the women for brunch in the near future. a trip to the safety harbor resort spa is worth it no matter how far they are. So if they didn't try. they lack on a great experience. Rating:

Fountain grille didn't disappoint us at all. for dinner we had, the bronzed grouper, the kitschige chiffel pork chop a nicely cooked ribeye. all the deeres were cooked for perfection. our server, susan, I think her name was very pleasant and very professional. the prices were worth the quality and service. we come back more often. Thank you.

Houses below one of the best restaurants in the city security harbour. eating is excellent and the service is wonderful. they really know how to take care of them and they have all the time specializations to check the dinner specialties for the night they go. I love her breakfast and brunch menus.

Omg had a great lunch with great service. the salmon athena was very, very good. would go back in a heartbeat!

My friend just celebrated her birthday here and I was unable to attend so I called to arrange for chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to be delivered to her. Fernando went above and beyond with everything. I've done things like this before with other resorts/restaurants and I've never had such a great and personable experience as I did here. Fernando was extremely knowledgeable with the menu and creative with ideas of what I should order. He kept in touch with me to make sure it was delivered to the correct person at the exact time I wanted and he also planned ahead to make sure he didn't deliver it while it was raining so it wouldn't ruin the experience. He also wrote out a personalized card for me and she was so elated with the entire thing! Everyone enjoyed the delicious treats and had a wonderful time here. I will definitely make a trip to come here now with the wonderful experience I had over the phone. Thank you Fernando!!
