Usually very good. This time lobster wasn't quite cooked enough for me. They forgot dipping sauces for both entrees, by the time we got them entrees were cold. It didn't satisfy tonight. View all feedback.
No crab crackers at this crab location. They disappeared. ????How are you supposed to get the meat out of the crab? Should be disclosed before ordering.
The food was ok(steak, coconut shrimp) service was good. The booth we were sat at had crumbs on the seat and the table was sticky.
Made a 7:00 reservation for 5 at the Howe Ave. location... arrived at 7:03. Waited 25 minutes to get seated. Sabastian was our waiter... After being seated we waited approx. another 20 minutes to get our dinner and drink orders taken. After the order he brought two biscuits and said they were waiting on more to get out of the oven. After about 15 minutes more I asked about the biscuits (because I thought he forgot) and he said they were still waiting for them to be ready. Also ordered a cup of clam chowder when our order was taken... took about 30 minutes from the time I ordered it until I finally got my soup.We also ordered drinks which took about 20-25 minutes to receive.Log story short, we FINALLY got our dinner and biscuits one hour and 20 minutes after our 7:00 reservation (8:20) ... 55 minutes after being seated.This was the worst service I have EVER received at ANY Red Lobster. They had people seated in the waiting area waiting to be seated all the time we were there (parties of two and three people) and there were several empty tables throughout the restaurant. Not sure why they weren't getting people seated.Don't think we will be going back to that location again. We may try the Citrus Heights location or just go to Out Back which is next door!

The food was salty, our server was sweet though. she misinformed us on what was included in our meal, so we ended up being charged for things we didn’t order. then the manager was extremely rude when we politely and lightheartedly explained that there was a misunderstanding and we didn’t want the food that was brought out to us. she still tried to charge us and we once again told her how the server told us things were included when they weren’t. the manger (janae i don’t know if that’s spelt correctly) put her hands in my face and very condescendingly told me that add ons need to be paid for. i AGAIN told her that it was described as being INCLUDED and that i didn’t even want to order the add on in the first place! she was so rude, condescending and honestly disrespectful. it was a mistake on our servers part, but she was really sweet and we don’t blame her for making a mistake. but then the manager took our bill and we sat here for so long just waiting for the new bill. they were closing and we were just sitting here, we had to go ask someone if we could have the bill. we even overheard her say “get them out of here” like we were bothering her. overall, our server and us were very calm and respectful. that manager janae is a mess though lol
