Kiki's Chicken Place

DO NOT order the additional tenders when ordering the small Kiki’s fries!!!! This is my second time in a roll that I order a small KIKI’s fries. Both times I paid for two additional tenders. The first time I ordered. I asked for the tenders to be on the side. They said according to management they’re unable to do. The same time my friend order the same small fries. Both of our fries was the same size and chicken was equal, so I decided not to question it. However, I came back and order the same order with the extra tenders. The gentleman in the front said that it was chopped on top. Taking his word. I went home and decide to scoop the meat of top and it might of have amounted up to a tender and a half minus the extra two I order. Very highly disappointed in this Kiki’s on Madison Ave. If you’re plan on ordering extra tenders… Avoid doing so!!! Especially from this location. Food is already expensive, but $14 for a small Kiki’s fries with the extra charge of tenders and then not receive them is robbery!!!!

Wanted some extra well done wings and light sauce. I explained over the phone what I wanted with extreme detail . Got there and checked the food it didn’t fit to my liking and I was nice about ansking and assumed they could remake it or just re-fry these ones. But the cashier and cook were rude.they said it wasn’t possible cause they already made it and wouldn’t reason with me . so I suggested getting my money back , and they interrupted me and said “ill call my manager “ after a few seconds let me know he said no to a refund and it wasn’t possible as well. I didn't eat the food they had just gave me it right then and there . So I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me a refund. Horrible customer service and atmosphere. And I had to take this joke of a 8-piece combo home since I paid for it picture to show u how they drenched sauce onto these “extra well done light sauced wings “

Everything was delicious, but what I really didn’t like was the guy with glasses at the checkout, looks normal but behaves very rudely and strangely. We felt that he smelled a little like marijuana. I was with my husband and children. He ruined our whole mood. Sometimes I don’t understand where management is looking when they hire such people. I recommend going to another location

I purchased 8 piece bone in aside a garlic fries. Worst food i've ever had in my life Gave me an upset stomach. I was told since it was my first time. I would receive a free drink and I never got it. Never will I go again i trash the food

Every time I have ordered and asked for food in a specific way, I get exactly what I want! I love my tater tots darn near crunchy, same thing with the tenders. The portion size is plentiful, and super tasty. Every person that I have dealt with is super friendly and has great suggestions, cannot praise this place high enough.
