Shake Shack Ice Blocks - Sacramento

Cashier lady was horrible to the point I started asking help from another member of staff . Old/ cold fries . Burger cold . I ordered 1 burger fries and a drink . A couple , then a family of 3 ordered after me and still got their larger orders ahead of me. Right before I was going to ask for a refund the waiter tried to rush .

Ordered hot chicken sandwich and ice tea. Ready as promised, staff here are always so attentive and nice. Sandwich was good, not what I consider spicy though. Clean and lots of tables, also outdoor seating.

I ordered their shroom burger and I'd have to say 10/10. It was so tasty!! It's a Crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. I also ordered a side of fries 4/10.. I'd say their fries aren't the best. No taste to them just blah. And to top it off I ordered their black and white shake. 6/10 I personally didn't care to much for it.. but my kids loved it so you guys should give it a try who knows you guys may love it! Next time I'm definitely going to try their lemonade that looked delicious. 10/10 for their Service the inside of the restaurant. The inside was clean and the service was quick. Also finding a parking spot was easy (came here on a Tuesday around 1ish)..

Food was good. I recommend the Smoke Shack Burger, and bacon cheese fries. Their flavored lemonades were really good as well. Cool place with a super sized Jenga game, and Foosball table.

This is the first time we ate at shake shack. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding and professional. Cannot recommend this establishment more.
