Mcdonald's - Sacramento

When I worked at Starbucks, we always packaged delivery orders before the driver arrived. If there was a delay, we made sure not to send out a melted Frappuccino—we’d remake it. It's not hard to fill a cup at McDonald's, but the staff here seem genuinely miserable.

My experience has been that the staff here are consistently patient and professional. I've often found myself behind drive-thru customers who seem to freeze up when faced with the extensive menu, and, of course, Murphy's Law always seems to have me stuck behind a minivan. Today, I ordered four plain McDouble's for my fur babies!

Since I've observed DoorDash deliveries from two different locations, I'll keep this review general. Overall, McDonald's is good, although the quality can vary from one store to another. Some days, the fries are fantastic, while other times they taste like they've been reheated multiple times. The breakfast items, burgers, nuggets, and sandwiches tend to be consistently good, which is a plus. The coffee, on the other hand, is often disappointing, but it's affordable. I want to extend my gratitude to all the DoorDash drivers; you are doing an incredible job during these challenging times!

I received half-filled fries and when I asked for BBQ sauce for my nuggets—it's even noted on my receipt—I didn't get any sauce. Unfortunately, this seems to happen every time I visit.

I visit every morning to grab caramel frappes for myself and my brother. There's a woman named Maria who works there, and she's incredibly sweet and kind.
