I'm trained to say that I forgot this little jewel. I visited it years ago, and somehow moved on to other places. However, I passed the other day and stayed with loving memories. What User doesn't like about La Rosa Blanca:
I ordered the crab and shrimp Enchilada dinner with 2 flour tortillas that were raw and muddy. It was terrible! There were only 2 baby shrimps and the crab if you could find one was the size of a baby. It was just a white cream sauce, not even a small cheese! I could barely eat stomach 1/3 of them. These are HANDS DOWN the best nachos I have found in Sacramento!!! I am a nacho snob and these by far are THE best!!! Cheese Enchiladas are delicious as well! Will definitely will be my go to mecican food place!
My husband and I ordered 1-"Full Order" and 1-"Half Order"of Nachos because we werent sure what portion sizes would come. We now have enough for Round 2 later, *ding* *ding*. : Next time were sharing a "Full Order" of their Bomb Nachos and also trying something else from La Rosa Blanca. Nachos were very filling and hit that craving. The FREE Side Salsas that come with your meal are very Authentic Tasting and flavorful as well.
The food was amazing, the taste was really authentic. I would recommend it!
Best enchiladas EVER. Always use to go here when i worked across the street. definitely has a great atmosphere when you dine in. waitress are always amazing. love this place
Pozole leaked big mess. also, it was tasteless. Fajita shrimp was overcooked. This has been one of my favorites, but this is the second disappointment. Giving up.
