Kiki's Chicken Place - Sacramento

The restaurant is inconsistent. Sometimes the food is really good, but the portions are usually very small. The fries were hard and there was barely any extra sauce and cheese added, even though I always had to pay for it. I ordered a medium portion and the container was more than half empty. I paid $14 for my meal.

This restaurant is a terrible place to be inside as it is extremely hot with no fan or AC. The temperature outside was 95°F and felt much better than inside. Just imagine having to work in these conditions for months, or even years - it's so unhealthy. The cashier's payment machine is faulty and provided me with an incorrect bill of $1400. When I questioned the worker, they said it was normal and not fixed, preventing me from leaving a tip. This is unacceptable and potentially illegal. I will be reporting this location to various agencies to ensure that the workers are properly compensated for their hard work in such dangerous conditions and are not missing out on the tips they deserve. These issues need to be addressed immediately.

The experience at this restaurant fell short of the higher expectations set by previous visits to Kiki's. The food was good, but the customer service was lacking.

The plastic boxes sweat and crispy on the chicken and fries so they don't stay crispy. Wish they used better boxes to keep food crispy. if my eating remained crispy, I would have got 5 stars.

Came to visit ki ki ki's kitchen on West Stockton in Sacramento, the service was awesome My server was very was very fast to take My order will definitely come back when I'm in town. the food was also incredible very fast survey.
