I'm south Asian and usually don't like Indian restaurants because they never have the perfect home cooked taste but this place is amazing!!! The owner and his daughters are great and always make the food perfect to our likings!! View all feedback.
What Mikey J doesn't like about Junoon Flavors Of India:
I tried Junoon with a South Asian friend and overall we thought it was okay. The dishes (such as the chicken tiki masala or paneer) were a bit oily. The rice was on the drier side. Service was fine. Overall I wish Sacramento had more Indian food options and I guess we will keep looking. View all feedback.
They are so nice, waited for me a little later than close time and the food is delicious, thank you for the great food and hospitality
Garlic naan and butter chicken were both good. Service was fair. Restaurant clean and cute.
Very flavorful and fresh Indian food! I thinks it's a family run business and everyone is always so nice and appreciative. I have moved from the neighborhood, but will make it a point to keep Junoon in the rotation!
Very fresh, excellent Indian food with great service. They have a really good variety on the menu including the usual standbys as well as some more interesting dishes you don't see at other places in Sacramento. It's a great addition to the neighborhood, definitely recommend it. Baingan aloo, amritsari chicken tika, and samosa chaat are highlights.
I wish we took pictures of the food before we ate. I ordered the samosa chaat for $7.95. The presentation was beautiful in the take out container. It was delicious! I found this was satisfying and definitely something I will reorder! My husband ordered rice and a vegetarian meal. The order was ready in 20 minutes exactly.
