Jack In The Box - Sacramento

I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for four monster tacos, and I expected them to be hot by the time I got home. It's just ridiculous.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. First, I waited an exceptionally long time in the drive-thru after placing my order. When I received my large chocolate shake, it was poorly mixed, with half chocolate at the bottom and vanilla on top. To make matters worse, my grilled chicken club salad had just one large piece of chicken sitting in the middle. They didn’t bother to cut it up for me, and there wasn’t even a plastic knife included for me to do it myself. Additionally, after five attempts to call and get in touch with them, none of my calls were answered. They should consider themselves lucky that I gave them any stars at all.

This restaurant was pretty good until recently. The new staff doesn't seem to be attentive to wait times. I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes even though there were only three cars ahead of me. By the time I reached the window, I had no idea how long my food had been sitting there. It really turned my stomach, and I ended up leaving as quickly as I could.

Shrinkflation...my poor sourdough jack bun was hiding a tiny blackened hockey puck with a half slice of cheese and a paper thin cut old tomato slice. The fries were soft, cold and visibly oily Too gross to even put in my mouth. My disappointment lasted allevening as my belly rumbled. The second star is purely for the speedy service and obvious professionalism of the staff as theysmiled while handing me this bag of lies. 2nd visit: Whatever you do, don't go inside! The sticky floors on the bottom of yourshoes may ruin your appetite.
