Haven't had gong cha in forever especially with all the new boba spots being opened being closer to me! However I was next store at Duc Huong so I decided to stop by and get my favorite and see if it's still good and it was!!! What Lina N doesn't like about Gong Cha:
I feel bad not leaving 5 star reviews, but my drink just wasn't very good. My server was nice and polite, but that was the best part. I got the winter melon tea with boba and was disappointed. Maybe it was a fluke, but my drink just tasted like it was made from tap water. View all feedback.
I haven't been here for at least 3-4 years. I was in the area and thought I would pick up my usual mango green tea. Service was quick. I didn't have to wait long. Other than the one table occupied, it was quiet for a Saturday afternoon.Sadly, my drink was not as good as I remembered. I asked and pay additional for extra mango puree. I didn't notice any difference. Also, it was lacking the tea taste. With so many competition and new boba tea spot, they need to step up their game.

The sea cream mix so well with it! As for service, the cashier was super helpful and friendly! I love their honesty because I was unsure if I should try the Creme brûlée cream or their original and they suggest the original compliments the tea better so I'm glad I went with that. I'll definitely be coming back more often now!
My friends and I came to Gong Cha after eating some dim sum. It was only my second time here and I enjoyed it! I initially came in wanting a matcha, but I asked the nice worker, Shong, if their matcha is good but he told me nah. So I appreciate his honesty! Instead, I opted in for a panda milk tea 70% sweet with 50% ice. And let me say, it was so yummy! I haven't had a good drink like that in a while lol so I definitely enjoyed it. My partner got a black milk foam tea with boba and his was really good too, we both enjoyed it. I also had a sip of my friends strawberry milk tea and even that was good! It got me nostalgic because it tasted like Nesquik Strawberry Milk.
Gong Cha is located in a busy shopping center. Parking can be difficult when it is busy, but you will find a spot. Check their hours before going. We went on. Saturday and they close at 5:30, not 6:30. I ordered the Sparkling Rainbow Lychee. The drink was average. I would not get it again. I suggest the Sparkling QQ Passion Fruit it is much better.
