If she’s this friendly to those who aren’t even customers, I can only imagine how welcoming she is to the people who come in!

Giving 3 stars because they are so busy that they don't take their time making the food it's still a long wait. I go there often and today there were 2 sharp pieces of plastic in my avocado toast. They also didn't even toast the bread. If i had not seen these in my toast that would have hurt going down : if i fed this to my 1.5 year old i would have been pissed. they need to be more careful when cooking. Pics attached) they also aren't the nicest there. Even when they aren't busy the lady doesn't make much convo back when i ask how her day is, and they have a SUPER strict breakfast cut off. I was 2 mins past 11:00am and she told me no to breakfast avocado toast) last week. I get rules are rules so it's not that big of a deal, but if your a pregnant woman craving breakfast like me at 11, don't stop by here if your a min past the time.

The em... read more Recently, while I was in line to place my order, I witnessed a lady asking for an Italiano sandwich but wanting to remove nearly half of the ingredients. The employee at the counter suggested that she might want to try the build-your-own sandwich option since what she was requesting didn't quite resemble an Italiano anymore, which seemed to frustrate the customer. I really can’t stand when people expect to order something from the menu and then want to modify it so drastically while still calling it by its original name. I've been a regular here for over 20 years and have never had any problems. The coffee and food have always been fantastic!

It's an excellent choice for a midday meal during the workweek, conveniently located within walking distance of many offices. I typically order the turkey pesto sandwich along with a cup of soup, and it keeps me satisfied for the rest of the day. The ingredients are of high quality, and the service is both friendly and efficient. It does get a bit crowded around lunchtime, but it’s definitely worth it. I would rate it a perfect 10/10.
