excellent eating, both authentic Chinese and American versions. it can be loud, but eating is delicious and cheap. their lunch specialties are plentiful and good (a bit American.) one of my favorites there is the salt pepper whole clot (they can get them without the heads) and the Chinese brokkoli. the crunchy noodle soup is excellent. try everything. What Patricia H doesn't like about Far East Cafe:
I was very happy to find that chop "Far East" Special Chop Suey was available. The dish was pretty good, but I would have liked it more if bok choy was in it. The Vegetable Egg Foo Young was disappointing the portion was rather small and was mainly bean sprouts. I would have liked more vegetables. The New Station Restaurant has very good egg foo young. Food was ready when I arrived, employees were nice, food was good, not enough filling in the crab wonton, egg foo yong sauce was starchy and bland

The egg rolls didnt have much filling and were over done, wouldnt recommend them. The fried rice had a weird oily aftertaste. The chow mien was ok. The orange Orange Chicken was pretty good as well.
Very little chicken, mostly fried batter and the meat was over fried and dry; no chopped vegetables just meat with sweet sour sauce on the side. Not recommended!
Family always comes here. Solid quality for the price
