I worked here during the summer of 2021.For most of my time working there, it was poorly managed, not kept clean, was unable to receive breaks, no proper training, and was held accountable for tasks that I have not been trained to do. The staff were excellent, but the restaurant's system is lacking. The cookie they use is old and hard, and they only warm it up in the microwave. This causes the cookie to become even harder when it is sandwiched with a hot item, melting the ice quickly. This is unlike other similar places that use freshly baked cookies.
It’s not to bad .. I had the waffles with cookies and cream with captain crunch in it .. the waffle you got to eat a little fast it does get cold .. my girl had the brownie’s with vanilla ice cream and nuts with Carmel
1 star for this tip jar. Honestly a really messed up was to ask people for money. Really? This is in such bad taste. You guys are getting free money from people and then pressuring them to give more based on a question about how attractive they think they are? Maybe it seems funny but I don't think it's in good taste at all. It's just a tip jar but that's honestly pretty toxic.Thumbs up if you agree!Didn't eat here because of this. Don't like the mentality behind this business if they think that's fun or cute. It's not.
This place has a very big variety of ice cream but also has warm cookies they make ice cream sandwiches it seems to be ran by a very small family very weird hours certain days of the week but it is worth seeing they've got great ice cream their shop is adorable wonderful customer service if you're in the area stop by and grab an ice cream sandwich the double chocolate cookie with mint ice cream my favorite
