The food at this restaurant was excellent, and I was surprised that it wasn't more crowded, although it was only midweek. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic. View all feedback.
What Garrison Bartoletti doesn't like about Claim Jumper Sacramento:
To reach the restaurant, you must walk through the streets of downtown Sacramento, which aren't the cleanest. The interior of the restaurant is dimly lit and could use some upgrades, particularly the carpet. The service was average, and we most likely won't be returning to dine there again. The experience was mediocre. It took a really long time to get our drinks.
The food was ok but the service was horrible. Waitress forgot our water and cutlery and brought our wine late. We had to ask another server to bring the water. Food finally came and she brought the bill before we even finished eating. When we spoke to the manager about her, he said she was a good waitress. We weren’t expecting a discount but were disappointed in his lack of concern. I would t recommend it
