One of my favorite restaurants in Sacramento. Biba is an extraordinary task to offer an amazing culinary experience. The quality of the food is fabulous and the service is thoughtful and attentive. Just what you would expect from a Five Star restaurant. Salads, pasta, appetizers, entrees, desserts... you'll love everything and plan your next visit before you go. The food was very average this time. We got the veal, spaghetti and linguine with clams all were not that great. The mushroom soup was a huge disappointment but the beet salad was great. Oh well, we miss Biba. View all feedback.
Biba lived until his call. eating was exciting and phenomenal and excellent service. a wonderful celebration of our jubilee.
It is always a great experience, but beth our server was the best. very efficient and helpful. we'll ask them again. margie santos

Excellent food and service. strong drinks and great atmosphere.
Excellent food and service. It was quiet too even though the restaurant was full which I love so I can converse with my guests. I will definitely return!
