I went for lunch at this restaurant and had an excellent experience. The arancini was delicious, and the bolognese, meatballs, and polenta were also excellent. Justin, the owner, clearly cares a lot about his restaurant and was great to talk to. I will definitely be going back. View all feedback.
What Laurence Streich doesn't like about Adamo's:
3 stars because the food is always on point! However service can be a little slow/messy I'm not sure if it's because the servers are young and new? Each time I've come here they either forgot to give us silverware or a dish that was ordered. I tried sitting at the bar one visit to see if the service would make a difference but instead one of the servers was drinking wine while on the job and knocked his glass over, he ended up getting red wine on my purse and new suede coat and didn't even apologize, he just poured another glass and literally put it on the same spot he spilled the last drink. I would have at least expected an apology or comped drinks for something like that.
They make the pasta from scratch here and you can even take pasta making lessons. The atmosphere was wonderful. Went on a Friday night and had less than a 30 minute wait even tho the place was full. Great food, small menu (which is a huge bonus for me). I even got an order of tiramisu to go because I couldn't not try it but was so full. 10/10 would come back.
The food was really good and our waiter was gracious
Great little establishment for hitting that occasional pasta craving. I really enjoy their bolognese and seasonal varieties, and the tomatoes in their side salad are unusually tasty to me. Very friendly staff as well.
We attended the Polenta Fundraiser for St Francis High School
Food was fresh and tasty. My main issue was that their AC was down and it was uncomfortably hot. Hopefully the issue gets resolved soon.
