Located on the road between Sabiñanigo and the ski resort of Panticosa-Formigal, you will find this restaurant of traditional food and the area, with a very professional service and a very complete menu. It has a very good menu at a more than reasonable price, although I recommend eating à la carte to try more dishes. Surprises in the area to get a good product like octopus, zamburiñas and cod. The menu of the day that offered the casbas restaurant this past week was quite jotito for the price and also very limited. the grilled meat was limited to chorizo, longaniza, a kind of adobate and a small pig's loin. When they offer you a grilled meat expect to find a little lamb, a little bit of pork and a little tender. the quantities of all the dishes were jotitas, for euros it is not that you expect great wonders but if you can offer a greater variety of dishes and something more appetizing. Besides, instead of the wine I ordered a beer and they charged it to me, despite not taking the wine that was included in the menu, a bad detail since it would have had to be the one for the other, and even they were winning. for fame and other experiences I expected something else.
This is the second year that we go to this beautiful rural hotel. The Tena Valley is spectacular in these busy times of the year the house is delicious for its tranquility and its exclusive cuisine the restaurant has a very varied menu at a very good price but the best thing is the personal treatment of each one of the managers that we attended.
