時折、ここのグリーンカレーラーメンが無性に食べたくなります。美味しいですね〜。他の方も書かれてますが、店主ワンオペなので、提供されるまで時間を要します。 追記：... read more 時折、ここのグリーンカレーラーメンが無性に食べたくなります。美味しいですね〜。他の方も書かれてますが、店主ワンオペなので、提供されるまで時間を要します。 追記： 22年2月、週末に久しぶりにグリーンカレーラーメンが食べたくなりお邪魔しました。日曜日の13:30頃。待つことを覚悟して行ったら意外にも自分だけ。すぐに着席し、ラーメンも待つことなくいただくことができました。変わらない味でやっぱ美味しかったです。最近は空いてるのかしら？？

Kikyu is a small 11-seat rammenladen. it was led by a single guy when I visited a Sunday so it took almost an hour to get my meal even after I had set myself. b... read more Kikyu is a small 11-seat rammenladen. it was led by a single guy when I visited a Sunday so it took almost an hour to get my meal even after I had set myself. but watching him was quite amazing. the chef had a certain methodical and process to his craft, the seconds that he cooked the noodles, the number of the paints he spilled the water, the delicate in which he placed every ingredient. really a master of his craft. without doubt it shows in the ramen. most of their menus are size variations of their blacktonnkotsu suppe, but it seems that they have two unique sorts I have never seen: green curry and tom yum ramen. both Thai-inspired. I ordered the green curry for 900 ¥. the taste was absolutely remarkable; it was spicy, creamy and tasteful, with a light chicken base. the noodles were solid but suitable for such a creamy suppe and the chicken slices were juicy and soft. Thai food and ramen purists can be on this fusion scoff, but this was really a unique delicious ramen. it was so good that I immediately wanted to try their limited time tom yum ramen. if I didn't have to wait an hour.

I will ask you again. お昼12時前に伺いましたが、ほぼ満席状態でした。　それをひとりで回しています。 当然テーブルの片付けも時間が掛かりますが、それでも皆さん料理が運ばれてくるのを静かに待たれていました。 その理由はやはり、ひとりひとりに全力100%の料理を提供しようと店長さんが目の前で頑張っているからだと感じました。 グリーンカレーラーメンとても美味しかったです。また伺わせて頂きます。
