The food is very good, but they have a problem with home delivery. Today I placed the order at 7:16 p.m. and at 8:20 p.m. I received a cancellation message. When I called, they told me that they hadn't opened Globo and that they couldn't answer me either, that they were busy. They gave me no alternative. Hence the low score.
