After a full day travelling, we were exhausted when we walked through the door, but within 60 seconds the welcome, the ambiance, the decor, and the service completely changed our moods and lifted our tiredness away! We enjoyed a lovely welcome drink in the bar, served by a very friendly barman. Whilst we enjoyed our drinks we received a fantastic introduction to Saas Fee by the lovely Simone. Simone took the time to ensure we knew everything we needed in a very friendly and enjoyable way. After which we arrived in our room a beautifully warm suite with amazing views from its balcony. The Capra is beautifully furnished throughout, with a stunning pool area, fantastic breakfast, but the exceptional styling is only this pleasing when the service is as incredible as it was from start to finish. Simone even prepared a small travel pack for us to take on our long journey back to the airport, including home made brownies! This is one of the nicest hotels in the nicest locations I have ever enjoyed, and the service just made a great time in to an amazing and completely memorable trip. We can't wait to return! Thank you to everyone at The Capra.
