Returned after a 12-year break from Saas building to be pleasantly surprised how amazing alp hitta is still. eating (raclette) was excellent, the staff was help... read more Returned after a 12-year break from Saas building to be pleasantly surprised how amazing alp hitta is still. eating (raclette) was excellent, the staff was helpful and attentive. the young lady who served us gave us many information about the Alp...hitta and the village, while we take time to discuss their ski lessons with so much passion! if they are looking for a traditional walliser place to eat, this is not overlooked! love it! can not wait to return!

We were seated in the loft area. It was very small with 3 tables and sloping ceiling. We liked the fact this place...was a little out of the way and different. There was a great atmosphere.

The food (Raclette) was outstanding, the staff were helpful and attentive. The young lady serving us gave us a lot of information around the Alp...hitta and the village whilst also taking time to discuss her ski teaching with so much passion! If you’re looking for a traditional Valais place to eat this is not to be overlooked! Love it ! Can’t wait to return!
