Waren das erste und auch letzte Mal hier. Bedienung war unflexibel, unaufmerksam und leider auch nicht sehr freundlich. Die Hauptspeisen waren ok, aber nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Love this place .traditional family business and I have visited for years. every time I am in Germany. very nice atmosphere and delicious fish and meat dishes. esalien perfection!
No chic interieur, rather classic, but eating is very good, a lot of choice and also the service is good.
We tried their prix-fixe menu, which was good value for the money: seafood ravioli, filet mignon, and dessert. It cost a bit more than we usually like to spend, but it was delicious (and worth the price). The decor theme, including lights with Ney's coat...of arms, centers on Napoleon's Marshal Michel Ney, who was born there.
I ordered the gourmet menu for 65 euros for 5 courses. The price was reasonable. A small antipasti plate was the starter. I had to order bread with it. Then filled dumplings very good. A small sorbet was served as a stopover, the purpose of which I don't understand. The main course was lamb ribs: very little meat (I estimate the usable amount at 50 grams), beans that were far too soft, and fried potatoes that weren't crispy. Dessert: a very good parfait. The same blunt cutlery had to be used for all courses, despite the appetizer featuring prawns. That's primitive. Please replace your doormat. It probably dates back to the interior design period – circa 1970s. The wines were very good. An excellent singer provided musical entertainment. However, it was far too loud for a restaurant.
