If the team is full, I will show myself briefly to welcome and then move back to my room until the end of the event. This is an original leaf salad mixture coming from Provence; in the original it was notable, rocket and endivia, refined by spices and fresh herbs. Nowadays, however, well cress, winter divies, lion count, oak leaf salad and head salads are also used. The Mesclun dressing was once again excellent, which ultimately also makes me eat quite a lot of it, although I usually like leaf salads very much in toto to my dear wife. Once more, I was very done by my court. Conclusion: Kitchen and service are to be praised; why the price of my court ca. 25% has been corrected upwards, while the prices of all other à la carte dishes have remained unspoiled, I do not surrender.
