My wife and i went here last night and had maybe the best customer service experience of any restaurant we’ve ever been to. Nick, who i think is either the manager or the owner, took awesome care of us and went so far above and beyond what anyone would expect of a restaurant employee. This place deserves 10 stars. What Khanaja Scott Productions doesn't like about The Spot La Jolla:
$14 for a single chicken tender that was basically inedible. No idea what flavor was supposed to be on that tender, but it was strange and no one in the family could stomach it. On the picture it looks like at least 3-5 tenders are provided, but we receive one single flat tender. Fries were good.
Nice spot by La Jolla cove to catch drinks on the patio.
Lovely place to stop for a quick drink or to stay awhile.
Nice place close enough to the beach to have a nice breeze. For was good large portions. I ordered the club sandwich.
Laura is our favorite bar tender. Food is good. I had BLT. Bacon is fabulous. Hubby had Chilie. We shared pretzel bites and onion rings. yummy. Great drinks. Fun time.
Fast service and very friendly , as we are used to. Were only there for a glass of wine.
