Sapuala was great in creating my order quick and delicious. She was great to talk to and was very friendly. I appreciate the attention to detail for my order. I forgot to request a condiment and she easily facilitated my request. She deserves to be recognized!!!Thanks for taking care of this old veteran. View all feedback.
What Brian Haley doesn't like about Subway:
The absolute most rude person I have ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. This lady refused to make a steak and cheese sandwich with any cheese other than American.Apparently you actually cannot build a sandwich your way. Disgusting service horribly rude. My only regret is not having the ability to to speak with a manager. Apparently she is the manager. View all feedback.
I walked in and confidently ordered a Caprese panini. The lady literally looked at me and said, “sir, there is no meat, only vegetables, are you sure you still want it?” I replied yes and she said, okay, questioning if I was really sure. First and foremost, the fact that she made an assumption that I only ate meat is uncalled for let alone that she openly stated it. Secondly, I know what I ordered and did not reassurance if there was meat in my sandwich or not. Please let your employees know that their judgement on who should be eating meat or vegetables is not theirs or anyone’s. This is not the first time it happened either and quite frankly it’s annoying. Inform your employees that if a customer orders a meal, he/she knows what they want and do not need to be question. No matter what, what if I was a vegetarian. This was uncalled for, rude and distasteful the way I was questioned.
Can be crazy busy during the week during lunch time but it's the best dining option on the wet side of the base.
Soda machine has needed servicing for days, only has some sugar-free flavors. They don 't say anything when they sell the cup, wait for you to come back and then say, I can 't help you. I 'm too busy. Please. It 's been days. Literally every regular soda is Unavailable .
This place is always busy, because it's the only Subway feeding the Wet Side of 32nd St, so I normally do mobile orders, shouldn't be difficult right? I mean, everything is printed on a receipt for the sandwich artist to assemble, yet they manage to screw it up on multiple occasions. Wrong sandwich was made on 2 separate occasions and if the run out of Avocado, they won't tell you. Even though they don't have it, you're still carged for it and they don't tell you. Have to check my sandwich every time, because they can't be trusted. I agree with all the other reviews, they provide substandard service to our military and support civilians, probably be closed due to poor service if it wasn't the only Subway on wet side of base.
Just got back from this location....server is rude. One of the ladies that was working on this location (the not so young and not so slim one) seems to be always in a hurry regardless of the number of customers in the restaurant. This server makes the worst sandwiches; she is very sloppy vegetables were not spread out properly or evenly making the sandwich unappetizing. People in my office no longer frequent this place due to the lack of professionalism from this server. She behaves as if customers are such an inconvenience to her life. Subway servers were once called sandwich artists. This was not the case with the three sandwiches my colleagues and I just purchased perhaps this server was trying to built and abstract art. Unsat service!
