Dissatisfied and disappointed with not only the food, but with service. Staff lacking proper service and hospitality skills. Waited 1 hour for a tasteless, dry hamburger to arrive at my table after ordering. Menu emphasized aspect of dish that was not present upon reception. A disgrace and embarrassment to the Ruby's chain. View all feedback.

I really love the food and atmosphere here, my waitress melissa was amazing. Made sure I got a great spot as I had my son in his stroller, and was super friendly!!
