Always good, you know what you're getting. It's in the Food Court at Fashion Valley, conveniently located across from the AMC Theaters.

I placed an online order to be picked up at 8 pm. My dasher was there waiting for my order for 20 minutes and the restaurant cancelled my order at 8:55. Waited that long just to cancel my order. Horrible service

I absolutely love their burritos. They are just completely packed with flavor. I'm writing this review in part to remind myself to come back here because the food is phenomenal and I always forget about Rubio's. And the other thing that I absolutely love is the consistency that I will get the exact same quality and flavor pretty much at any rubios restaurant

They lied about knowing what a California burrito is . I ordered 1 and both were wrong I was very hungry and just wanted my California. It is not okay to lie just tell the truth no matter the race I am Chinese and not that good with English sometimes which is not okay.Dietary restrictions: I dont like beans
