Pho Ca Dao Vietnamese Kitchen

Ordered takeout. The pho was subpar and they didn't provide any sprouts, lime, hoisin or basil on the side which I've always gotten with my takeout when I've ordered from other places in the past. The broth and noodles were ok but the meat was honestly gross. Mostly fat and hardly any meat. Never had such a sad bowl of pho, which is hard to mess up. Maybe this was just a fluke but judging by other reviews they obviously aren't very consistent.

Waking into the establishment you will be immediately blown away by the beautiful decor, high ceilings, and friendly faces. The apothecary style lightbulbs is a nice touch, love the giant chandelier set up in the semi private back area, and the outside seating area near the fire is a work of art. I've had the pho, and the sizzling steak and eggs in my last two visits with the crispy egg rolls as my appetizer. Genie helped me pick out the food and I was so impressed with her knowledge of the menu. Great recommendations and I was highly satisfied with my food. The bartender (Javier) was super friendly and told me all about the drink specials. I'll definitely be coming back on mojito night next week. I wish they would play the UFC fights here, the bar has some really nice TVs, I would bring all my friend over to watch the fight and have drinks if it becomes available in the future.

This used to be my favorite spot for lunch because the food is delicious and the restaurant is conveniently located by my work. I've been coming here for quite sometime as there isn't usually a lunch-rush or anything and the restaurant seems pretty well-staffed. However, their service has been consistently SLOW for reasons unknown to me. I'm pretty patient and don't have normally complain. They even have new robots that help deliver food and drinks but somehow it doesn't seemed to have helped much with speeding up service. I have given them numerous chances hoping that maybe I just happen to go on their off days. But no. Their service is extremely slow even when the restaurant isn't busy. The most recent visit, I ordered to go because I figured that maybe it would be better to order ahead. However, this is where they have become an extreme disappointment. Because when I arrived to pick up my order.. I still ended up having to wait an additional 20mins at the restaurant because it wasn't ready! I was pretty bummed as I only have an hour for my lunchbreak. The pickup time said 11:45 and I arrived a little past noon. Yet I didn't receive my order until 12:30. So.. if you're not on a time crunch.. this is a great place for some delicious food. Otherwise, beware.

Worst vietnamese restaurant ever ! They hiring and treated employees so bad with disrepectful and awful work environment ! Please dont come here

Pretty bummed I had to leave this review. The pho isn 't bad but two times in a row I 've ordered a to go order that was finished 30-40 minutes AFTER the time they told me to come pick it up. 3 different people came up to me and kept making it sound like it 's about to come out. Honestly wouldn 't have minded if somebody was just honest and said hey we actually screwed up and never started your order Instead I sat outside having to check in with THEM every 10 minutes for a no update update. Finally just asked for a refund. Never received my pho. Extra star is for not making a fuss about the refund but overall the worst restaurant experience I 've had in a couple years.
