Nothing Bundt Cakes - S San Diego

Stopped by to get a box of signature buntinis and a bunlet but didn't know the small bunlet was what it was called. I didn't look at the menu just said the small cak, made a small size with my hands and the person whom helped me asked the 8 ? I said yes, ringed everything up, and as she took out the cake, I realized it wasn't the one I was thinking off. Long story short, customer service was fantastic and the cakes are just great as usual.

One of the workers were really nice to nice to me. She helped me cause I was new here and stuff.

You can literally go to any NbC and get the same cakes. The main identifier for me to continue patronage is the associates that work there. The service that I received from an associate named Marissa at the Carmel Mountain location is really world class service. She's very professional, personable and really extends herself to deliver an outstanding client experience. She is probably the only person that I would let successfully upsell me. She's a good kid, with great product knowledge. I'm very impressed with her poise for sales. I think the manager is named Cody. He's also a gentleman. He was very kind to my daughter. In an ideal world I believe Cody hired Marissa. I hope she goes into marketing, or markets herself in the future. She has impressive warmth and communication skills. I bet she has very involved parents. Thank you for the hospitality Marissa and Cody. I left the shop feeling incredible, we develop algorithms for this type of service, but you two delivered it effortlessly. Thank you very much.

These things are great. I tend to not like cakes but these all taste so good. We tend to get them when we host parties and they are good for sharing and splitting with people. Getting a bundle is always great too just to have many flavor options. Highly recommend coming here and even using their cakes for parties.
