What M B doesn't like about Louisiana Charlie's:
A taste of Southern Food, our first try at this restaurant. The Etouffee was interesting (comforting and homely) like a soup with rice. Alligator legs were deep fried and yep tasted like chicken. The brisket sandwich (burger) was moreish but maybe could’ve been served with something like a slaw perhaps. Collared greens was also interesting and unusual for us but I liked. I’ve been to this establishment almost a dozen times and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh and fast and the customer service is top tier.
Got the gumbo fries and the mac and cheese to share both were absolutely delicious. Definitely will be coming back here.
Food was great, just dine in served in takeout containers. Bring your appetite because it's the best bite in the block.

Finally found a place in Cali that has decent gumbo. Not to mention the amazing view of the ocean. The prices are a little high, but for the taste, you won't get it any where else.
