Today, as a sleep deprived parent of a newborn who is also new to SD, I made the mistake of placing an online pick-up order for different Five Guys location. I didn't realize my mistake until I was already in the store. The manager working here had no hesitation to have my order made at no additional charge and called the other restaurant to let them know I would not be picking it up. Good food but this location needs to step up their customer service. When you order ahead online, they don’t make your order until you show up- so whats the point?! You end up waiting longer than if you had just ordered in store. Terrible system. Your food is NOT ready for pickup when you arrive. View all feedback.
So expensive and nothing was special about the burgers at all.
Employees here are great! I was eating there when a disabled woman wandered in, they were super nice to her while keeping customers comfortable. She did get into the peanut box and had questionable hygiene so they employees quickly removed the box to make sure no other guests got the contaminated nuts. Couldn't have asked for anyone to handle it better.

Chicago style hotdog and little burger. Shared French fries , ate outside. Great meal.
I have never been disappointed by a Five Guys and this is no exception. So freaking good! The fries... the burgers.... exactly the way I order it each time.
