I walked in for a coffee, by mistake they gave my drink to somebody in the drive thru. The girl pulled around walked back in and said you gave me the wrong drink, and stated my name which I heard out loud. The barista apologized to the woman, but then proceeded to hand me the same drink that the customer already drove away with. I walked in for a coffee, by mistake they gave my drink to somebody in the drive thru. The girl pulled around walked back in and said you gave me the wrong drink, and stated my name which I heard out loud. The barista apologized to the woman, but then proceeded to hand me the same drink that the customer already drove away with. I asked her to make me a new one, saying “what if the person already took a drink out of it? She said yes, and I waited ten minutes for a new drink. I really hope she truly made me a new drink and just didn’t let the old coffee sit behind the counter for 10 minutes.
Rude staff and the internet NEVER works here.
