What Anonym dislikes about Rick's On Rye:
A bit rough around the edges. Can't stand wet glasses being offered as clean and the place could do with a bit of a spring clean overall but the food was not too bad. Cheese burger good and reasonably priced. BLT large and also good. Beer garden out the back is good but needs a mow and puddles on the pavement. Delicious bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast. Fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this cafe.
The food was delicious, all four of our meals were hot and fresh. The service was excellent as well! We will definitely be returning next time we are heading down the peninsula.
Excellent place, couldn't do enough for us although table service for extra coffee would be fab We booked a table for 11am today after the 10km Aus Fun Run Super table out the back and when more of our runners turned up than expected, they just bolted more tables on Food was amazing quality, and a huge choice Wish we had a cafe like this back home in England A little gem on the front at Rye, a must visit !!

Came here during the busy time, they opened the rear table in the beer garden just to fit us, they were short staff, but service was amazing, and although they admitted it would be a little wait, it came quite fast, got a series of different eating and was all delicious! service: dine in meal type: dinner
The staff are so sweet and very welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. They have a cute outdoor dining area with heating/cooling and some good tunes. And their burgers are the best thing I've ever eaten. My favourite burger joint on the peninsula. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40
We visited this place few days back. I loved the ambience. Service was also good. But food was ok. I would not say that it was bad but it was not yummy. It was bit bland.
