Westchester Burger Company - Rye Brook

I found a hair in the tomato soup, and one of the dessert plates had some rubber on it. We had previously visited during happy hour, and one of the drinks we ordered had a used band-aid in it.

I was very disappointed by the portion sizes. We were not informed that there was a lunch menu available, and we ended up paying full price for our meals. I won't be returning! The customer service could definitely be improved.

The food and service are excellent! There's a wonderful selection of starters and main courses, with options for everyone. The Brussels sprouts are exceptional! I always recommend this restaurant and look forward to trying their other locations.

The service was bad. Our waitress disappeared to eat and then sit at a table behind us to socialize. Although other waiters tried to step up and help the damage was done. Appetizers and drinks were forgotten and a damper was put on a birthday celebration. Travelled and hour for pure disappointment. Too bad too because it was a tradition to go there but will not be going back.

I’ve been enjoying burgers here for a few years and I have never seen service like this. My wife and I had reservations for Valentines Day we were seated right away, then we waited 30 min. For the wait staff to take our drink orders. I went to the bar to get some beverages and was told they were understaffed and she would bring my drinks to my table. 15 min after that we finally ordered my steak wasn’t the was I ordered and I never got my appetizers. Not a good dining experience.
