Its a Soviet theme/style restaurant. Food is very good. Host/staff is really courteous. There was Variety of the food but I Chicken and Potato dish which was not bad. Moreover the interior of this place is very nicely done. It has that touch or soviet era. It looks dull but it has its own charm. I always loved Soviet styles themes. Yes one more thing, when I visited they were not accepting payments through cards. I visited in January 22. Hopefully it must be acceptable now. Please do check before hand or carry some cash ;

Замечательный ресторан, расположенный в старом торговом аркаде, с подходящим интерьером и атмосферой начала 20-го века. Ресторан с подлинной кухней и атмосферой старой России. Плюс это вкусно и недорого. Если вы в Рязани, обязательно посетите.
