Contrary to what is written by some, I find the managers really very nice and very courteous and always available, with a strong attention to the customer. the food is delicious! I go frequently and never and never received a negative treatment. It is not true that they do not issue invoice and it is not true that there is no specification. The place is highly recommended! Innovation in the goto, wide choice. crostini truffle cream and capocollo (of great quality Pinot black excellent wine. extreme courtesy of the staff.
I chose to go back to this place and I had confirmation of what I had already detected. Friendly, family atmosphere, seems to be home, excellent cuisine, well prepared dishes. compliments to fabrizio and angela, managers of the local, who welcomed us with great professionalism and helpfulness. Very highly recommended...of course.
The lavender on which the out-of-the- menu are written is incredibly inviting. You want to taste everything. after ordering and tasting you regret being satiated because you would like to continue to taste everything. really amazing cuisine, fantastic service, education, kindness and professionalism. really a great restaurant. recommended!

It is not possible to pass from rough of puglia and not to stop at the batacchio, even for the pleasure to find yourself in a place of charm and feel at home. the service is excellent, attentive, cared for, with simple but surprising local culinary proposals. the attentive and ready staff to satisfy and pamper the customer. impeccable service (the replacement of glasses to favor the degotation of wine, is not from all) and moderate prices and in line with the proposal. Recommended!!! PS. It's not a place for risocons.
