Was User at New Kong Chow Fusion a mag?
These are good Chinese I don't find all this together. It is easy to deal with these guys and they call you back and clarify things to make sure your order is correct. The portions are quite large. Whenever we're skiing at Killington, we're going to this place. Pretty much everything I wanted in a restaurant. Good food good service good location. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about New Kong Chow Fusion:
Why is it every time I order Crab Rangoon that they stand out as fried cream cheese bags with nothing else? Everything has a cherry taste on it. The fried rice was just a good tasting. View all feedback.

The only thing we ordered that was fried was the jerky, which was made from really well-cooked beef. The staff member was friendly and waited outside for about 5 to 10 minutes to assist us with card payment at the front. He informed us that after payment, it would take around 30 minutes to prepare our food and that he would call us when it was ready. It ended up taking about 20 minutes, which was great. Unfortunately, this restaurant didn't meet our expectations, even though we’re a family of three who love Chinese food. However, our dogs seemed to enjoy the rice and jerky-like meat!
I definitely ordered more food than I should have! Out of the 8 or 9 items, I was only let down by two. The dumplings were a bit too doughy for my liking, and the Moo Shu was a little too sweet. However, the fried rice was delicious, and so was the chow mein!
Service was slow. Took an hour and a half to get our food, 30 minutes for them to bring water to the table. I would understand if the restaurant was packed but there were only 3 other tables being served. The table behind us was sat at the same time as us and they left an hour before we did. The table behind us was a family of 4, we were a party of 3, there was another party across from us of 8, and one other table as a table of two. Definitely would not recommend.
Wonderful food! Friendly staff! We have gone here for many many years! My grandmother came here in the 1930's! However if your using a debit/credit card you have to spend more than $12.00, not great if your planning on splitting one of their big portions! But love it regardless! Juat bring cash!

This is good Chinese which I find to be not all that common. It's easy to deal with these guys and they'll call you back and clarify stuff to make sure your order is right. Everything that was fried was in extra well done beef jerky form. The man was nice. Waited outside 5 to 10minues for him to come out front for card payment. He said after payment it will be about 30 minutes to prepare food and would call when ready. It took about 20 minutes which was nice. Apparently it's take out only. We are a family of 3 who love Chinese food. However notthis place we didn't like it. Our dogs did like rice and jerky like meats.
Why is it everytime I order Crab Rangoon, they turn out to be fried cream cheese pockets with nothing else? Everything has a cherry flavor to it. The fried rice was only thing that was good tasting.
Kong Chow has been a regular fixture of the downtown area and I have been a patron for at least 2 decades. The menu has enough to please most any pallette. The service staff are attentive and always pleasant. Oh, and I usually indulge myself with analcoholic beverage with the obligatory umbrella ???? and requisite garnishes just for fun ????. I'm sure you will have a goodexperience. Bring your whole family and start your own traditions.

I went to pick up my phone order from this restaurant tonight. The food was ready at the expected time and it was amazing. I had the Vegetable Lo Mein and Beef and Scallops dinners with Wonton soup, which were the best I've ever had. I have eaten here before, but tonight's meal was outstanding. I highly recommend placing a phone order, then parking nearby, walking in to pay and pick up your food.
I have been a fan of the food at this restaurant for years. However, tonight the egg rolls tasted like they were made with a different recipe. I hope they didn't change the recipe, because I loved them just the way they were.
