What Mrgrassman2005 doesn't like about Central England Co-operative:
I called in for some provisions on my way home, and I haven't sed this co-op for a while as there were always queues at the checkout. Unfortunately thngs have not changed. There were onlt two checkouts open and at least 3 people waiting at each whilst other employees stacked shelves. There is a lot of competition now in Oakham and there are never enough checkouts open in my experience in this store. Once at the check... View all feedback.
It loved it, except for the impatient guy behind that who could not understand why I didn't want to use the pump that was out of order, yes they live among us.
Good cafe, with good value selection of hot drinks, snacks, light meals and usually jacket potatoes. However we arrived at 5.30pm on a Friday and the cafe was already shut. So cafe opening hours are NOT same as the store hours shown by Google and you should follow store's advice (on its website) and phone to check cafe closing time if intending to visit late pm/eves.
Nice and big, roomy and clean. Ample parking for all
The Co-op food store has a café/coffee shop where you can enjoy freshly cooked snacks and coffee from Costa. The store has departments including deli, counter, fish, wine, and bakery, as well as a travel agency with a large rotating entrance door. The main store has mobile parking bays across the road from the busway that runs in front of the building.
If you're searching for affordable gasoline prices, Co-op typically offers the lowest prices in the Oakham area.
