Ordered 2 chili dogs and received 2... read more Hardee’s has become a joke. We have been hearing bad things for awhile, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE! Ordered 2 chili dogs and received 2 dogs, no chili. Both hot dogs were made incorrectly also. Reached out online and received a reply from Amy, the Guest Relations Specialist, saying it was a DoorDash problem! I asked how that’s so being it’s Hardee’s who made them and advertised them as CHILI dogs! Nothing so I Reached out again, this time threatening to post online, and received a reply. Said I would be contacted by my local Hardee’s. That was over month ago! Save your money and don’t order from them! Food: 1 Service: 1 Price per person: $10–20

While you might encounter the occasional unpleasant employee, it doesn't tend to last long. I usually visit for breakfast about once or twice a month. Who doesn't enjoy a delicious Hardee's breakfast?

However, when we arrived, the parking lot was complete... read more I'm not typically one to critique restaurants, understanding the challenges of running a business myself. However, when we arrived, the parking lot was completely empty. Upon entering, we found the place in disarray. It looked like there were only three staff members, with two of them seemingly not doing anything. They had run out of pickles, ketchup, and sweet tea. The urinal in the restroom was out of order, and the toilet was overflowing with toilet paper. The restroom was unclean, and there was no soap available to wash my hands! This establishment clearly has some significant staffing issues. I’m giving it two stars, but only because the burger was quite good!
