Perched with sweeping views, this upscale spot serves brilliantly executed tasting menus, prix-fixe brunches and standout dishes (octopus, gnocchi, pork chop, sea bass) with impeccable presentation. Many praise the cocktails, desserts and outdoor seating with heaters. However, experiences vary: service ranges from warm, knowledgeable staff to brusque, unhelpful attendants; valet-only parking has caused problems for EV drivers and some guests report poor manager response. Prices are high — a special-occasion destination best for celebrations, but expect occasional service inconsistencies.
This is a gorgeous location with stunning views of Napa Valley, and the food was outstanding as well. My partner found her main dish to be somewhat lacking, but she really enjoyed the other dishes. Auberge is one of our favorite places in Napa! We came here for our anniversary lunch most recently and it was such a wonderful experience. The views were beautiful, the service was great, and the food was delicious!! For a michelin star restaurant, theirlunch is a great price point ? the ambience itself is worth it. We dined in the warm sun overlooking rolling hills andvineyards, and every dish was well-balanced and executed to perfection. The pork chop in particular was delicious, so tender andjuicy when typically neither me nor my partner really enjoy pork chop. The desserts were wonderfully fruity and delicate, agreat way to end the meal. Even though it was only three courses, we were so fully we could barely eat dinner! So come hungry????
Hard to choose what stood out as the best part of the night and meal...the service was on point, the food...to die for...the views and atmosphere (even on a chilly evening) were stunning...and great outdoor heaters! From octopus to pork and duck tobeef... everything cooked was done so perfectly there wasn't one left over morsel Presentation a 10 and made my birthday oneto remember!
