Timbers - Ruther Glen

Wow! The chopped steak was incredible! Everything on their menu is delicious! My other favorites are the Herb Chicken and the pulled pork sandwich.

The best Italian in Caroline! Since their opening, I've only visited The Timbers 4-5 times over a 10 year period and what has suprised me is that the service and food have been consistently above the bar. We got the large calzone which was a heartyserving stuffed with fantastic ricotta and mozzarella. We were happily stuffed as I basted each bite in some of the best Italiansauce I've had! ???????? (Sicilian? Yum! More offers to bring people back in may prove wise as their service and food are spoton. ???? Erica our server was attentive, accurate, quick with drinks and the food order, missed nothing and was alwaysfriendly. She also packaged up our to-go food, Wow! I love it when servers do this. It is so accommodating and provides a simplebut powerful service signature to the night. I'd like to see the smoking area separated from the outdoor dining so guests andsmokers can both have an area to enjoy. We opted in for the chocolate canolli and in house made tiramisu which was a smartdecision because we cleared the plate easily. So good! Congratulations ???????????? to the owners and the team at The Timbersfor a great long standing restaurant. We are looking forward to our next visit soon!

This was my first and last visit. It was a terrible experience. The food was disappointing; I ordered a salad and requested Caesar dressing, but I received mayonnaise instead. I was so wrapped up in conversation that I didn’t realize it until I took a bite, and it was just awful! The service also left a lot to be desired. I won't be too harsh on the young girl—she seemed like she was still learning—but the other server was quite rude. Overall, it was just not a good experience, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

We traveled from another state and had never been here before, but it was an incredible experience! Our waitress, Erica, was fantastic! She offered great recommendations on the best items from the menu. To start, the toasted ravioli was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was amazing. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and I was disappointed. The loaded nachos came with a cheese dip, which wasn't what I expected. Typically, nachos are topped with melted cheese, not served with cheese sauce from a can. The meatball sub was equally disappointing; the meatballs were hard and lacked flavor. For a 12-inch sub, I only received four small meatballs, which left me with way too much bread for such a meager amount of filling. Honestly, I could get a better meatball sub at Subway for a fraction of the price. I won't be returning or ordering from here again. I spent over $60 on dinner and would have had a more satisfying meal at McDonald's.
