Johnny's Pizza House - Ruston

Great service and fantastic pizza! The cheese pizza is outstanding, which is crucial for a solid base pizza. I'm also a big fan of the garlic cheese breadsticks. My favorite pizza is the Maui Wowie, but there are plenty of other excellent options as well. Plus, this location has a super convenient drive-thru! I love that for work lunches.

Make the trip to Tech Drive Johnny's, but be prepared for terrible service. They're not understaffed—there are plenty of people making pizzas—but the one person cutting and boxing them is very slow. There’s only one person manning the main counter and the takeout window, which results in incredibly slow service. You'll likely end up with cold pizza.

This location does not meet Johnny's usual standards. There were no bacon bits available, and the salad bar items were stale. The buffet pizza tasted like a generic frozen brand from the grocery store. The selection was also more limited compared to other Johnny's restaurants. On the positive side, it was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Love the pizza but rarely do they have delivery available. very disappointing!

I wish there was a space for zero stars. Called in and clearly communicated my order. Upon arriving at the store I learned they did not make personal pizzas like I asked for, rather they made large pizzas. They did not seem to care AT ALL that theyscrewed up my order. Did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to try and make it right. Told me they would remake but it would be 30 minutes andit was very obvious they were annoyed at me when THEY messed up.
