What C R likes about Flying Burger Seafood:
This is a great place to eat just off interstate 20 Tech exit. They have excellent hamburgers including a double (number 2 basket) that can be ordered on a gluten-free bun. They also will do their fried catfish and fried shrimp gluten-free if they are asked. they have plenty of tables inside, or well lit and generally get the orders out expeditiously.
