I went to restroom came back and my husband and kid were... read more Was very disappointed in this Chili’s. We have been before but this time we waited up from a few mins. I went to restroom came back and my husband and kid were still not seated after being looked at. No welcome or anything. When I got back a lady walked up front never spoke to us. We walked out they never tried to stop us to seat us anything. It wasn’t busy as it was 11:10am

Then they couldn’t sit us in a booth because they had no one to work that are. I get it y’all have areas but for someone to walk 10 more feet doesn’t seem that big of a deal. The. We get out drinks after waiting and my cup and my family’s cups are SO nasty. There was build up all over them. I could scratch the build up off with my nails. The manager lied about forgetting our order then only half apologized, and they forgot part of our order once we did get our food. Would not recommend.
