I decided to order the vegan BLT with... read more After reading the reviews of Establo, I was eager to give it a try. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was welcoming. I decided to order the vegan BLT with a side of fries. The fries were delicious, but unfortunately, the BLT did not quite meet expectations. It was supposed to be on toast according to the menu, but it came on bread instead. Additionally, there was no tomato or Mayo in the sandwich, leaving me with just a BL. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, she simply acknowledged the mistake without offering any further explanation. Despite this disappointing experience, I am willing to give Establo another chance, as I believe today may have just been an off day. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and attention to detail from the staff regarding the missing ingredients in a £8.50 dish, plus £1.95 for the fries.

Staff is the letdown, after ordering off a qr system when it's almost entirely empty but still 5+ members of staff I get my drinks have to half chase after the girl then a vague shrugs in a certain direction so I end up at somewhere having been directed by a customer who overheard my question.
