I decided to order the vegan BLT with... read more After reading the reviews of Establo, I was eager to give it a try. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was welcoming. I decided to order the vegan BLT with a side of fries. The fries were delicious, but unfortunately, the BLT did not quite meet expectations. It was supposed to be on toast according to the menu, but it came on bread instead. Additionally, there was no tomato or Mayo in the sandwich, leaving me with just a BL. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, she simply acknowledged the mistake without offering any further explanation. Despite this disappointing experience, I am willing to give Establo another chance, as I believe today may have just been an off day. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and attention to detail from the staff regarding the missing ingredients in a £8.50 dish, plus £1.95 for the fries.

I love that they have vegan and gluten-free options. Which is not only fries! Great quality of the food. There is an outside and inside area. I like the decor inside. You can order by qr code or at the bar. (We were sitting outside). There is a accessible toilet on the ground floor, which I find great! Service was excellent. I recommend coming here.

Food was t... read more Good restaurant in Rustington, service was prompt after ordering through the QR code and lounge website which is easy to do if you have a smartphone. Food was tasty and drinks refreshing whilst sitting in the sun on the terrace outside. Update Today Sunday , had a breakfast small mug of beans with breakfast had lots of enamel missing from both inside and outside ...should be not used for food anymore imo , and bit presumptuous for chef to smoother my fried egg in ground pepper, not that I mind
