The woman serving at the drive-thru was very rude; she argued with me to move forward even though there were cars in front of me. However, her tone changed when I entered the restaurant. I felt disheartened, especially since this was my first visit to KFC. I often travel a long distance just to enjoy this new location because the food is excellent, but the service can be quite poor. I urge you to ensure that customers are treated according to the standards expected, even if friendliness isn't in abundance.
