The woman serving at the drive-thru was very rude; she argued with me to move forward even though there were cars in front of me. However, her tone changed when I entered the restaurant. I felt disheartened, especially since this was my first visit to KFC. I often travel a long distance just to enjoy this new location because the food is excellent, but the service can be quite poor. I urge you to ensure that customers are treated according to the standards expected, even if friendliness isn't in abundance.

My husband was there a few minutes ago to collect our online order... the service was ok but they didn't have what we ordered zinger filled for a zinger burger.... read more My husband was there a few minutes ago to collect our online order... the service was ok but they didn't have what we ordered zinger filled for a zinger burger. The cashier suggested if it was OK to swap fillet for a normal chicken fillet and zinger sauce, which was ok. When he got home there was mixed sauces, colonel and zinger sauce, with a dull dry fillet. I'm not happy with my food. #1st time experience
